Predictors of Relapse and Survival in Testicular Germ cell Tumors in Children

Background: Testicular germ cell tumors are common solid organ malignancies in children with a survival rate of more than 90 %. This study aims to assess the predictors relapse and testicular children.
 Methodology: A retrospective review was conducted on up age 18-years from January 2010 December 2020 diagnosis primary tumors. Factors related like age, baseline levels tumor markers serum relapse, stage at diagnosis, histological type, laterality & size were analyzed. The data entered into SPSS version 20. Statistical significance set p-value ≤0.05.
 Results: total 115 patients mean 5.42+ 1.54 years having treated. Seventeen (14.7 %) had disease. Relapse highest I disease (64.7 %). Yolk sac most pathology that noted twelve (70 patients. site retroperitoneum Age patient, disease, lymphovascular invasion significant tumors.
 Conclusion: Management requires standardized follow-up protocol for early detection treatment relapse. Complete surgical excision meticulous control residual is critical prevent relapse.
